See your Wi‑Fi where you stand.

ARRF is an iPhone survey app. Walk a site and it places a measurement cube at each step, coloured by signal, latency or throughput and pinned to the spot in AR.

On iPhone Pro models with LiDAR, the walk also becomes a 3D floor plan. This one is running in your browser. Drag to turn it.

How a survey works

  1. Walk the site

Start a survey and walk normally. ARRF measures as you move and drops a cube wherever it took a reading.

  2. Read it in place

Cubes take the colour of the metric you pick, so a weak spot shows up in the room where it is.

  3. Take the results with you

Finish with a grade that shows its method, a 3D floor plan, a PDF report, and JSON and CSV exports.

What it measures

On any Wi‑Fi network

The phone tests the connection itself, so no access to the network gear is needed.

  • Latency, jitter and packet loss to the gateway
  • Internet latency
  • Download and upload throughput
  • Latency under load
  • Roams between access points

With your access points

Connect your access points and every cube also carries what the AP hears from the phone. RUCKUS access points are supported first, free with ARRF.

  • Signal strength and SNR
  • Uplink and downlink PHY rates
  • Band, channel and serving AP
  • Located AP positions on the floor plan

Walk through a survey

Open a walk in the full viewer to switch metrics, isolate a floor and tap any cube for its readings.

Open your own survey

In the app, export a survey as JSON from its Results, then drop the file here. It's read in your browser and never uploaded.

Pricing

ARRF is free to download, with a free trial of 14 days or 3 surveys, whichever comes first. After that, a one-time unlock keeps it working. There's no subscription.
